i would have to agree a reflection.. you can see it in other places on the photo.

This is a really interesting one. Hard to say without seeing the room around you to know what might be reflected there if that is the case. Any history to the place this was taken from?

It's a reflection, there's other parts of the photo that you can definitely see other reflections from the window.

the picture was taken in a hotel. a friend of mine had taken the picture. im sure there were other people in the room. thats why i think it is a reflection. plus, it looks like its about the same size as the building that its near. so im almost positive it is just a reflection. im not sure which of my friends its a reflection of. & as for any history or murders or anything im not sure. i mean it could be possible, but i havent heard anything strange. thanks everyone for you're input!

It looks like a reflection, but that doesn't mean the reflection isn't paranormal. I'm not an expert so I can't say for sure what it is.

Not sure if this was taken through a window, but it looks to be a reflection... Just my two cents worth
