where is this pic taken and what's the history of that place?

The picture was taken at the Odd fellows building built in 1890s Seymour Ind. There were many paranormal investigators some with notoriety. Before I investigate I take my crew and feel for the hot spots and photograph areas prior taking the pictures It was noted that several of us felt the present of a child around the stairs. The Evp that I got was outstanding I have developed a new device that
makes electoral magnetic fields audible . this was the first time I have used it we had a evp that lasted over 5 min. It was a women and a man that were arguing with each other. somewhere in the ether's of time. Going to Ky. this weekend to try it out again I made some adjustments for clarity. The best thing about the picture several of us witnessed this .
