What is this?

Looks rather peaceful and inviting to me. Being located in the old England aea of Debyshire, I'm sure there the area abounds with a lot of Celtic history, most of which would be told as legends by now.

Im sure the place was called two dale woods but I can't find any information regarding the history of the woods

To be honest I have no idea of the history I've never really thought of looking into it. But I will do and post what I find

It looks a bit strange ...what's the history of this place?

I was walking through some woods in Derbyshire when I come across a cave so I just took a photo and this came up. Now I know it's not the sun because it was overcast that day. But I've ran out of ideas now.

Anyone?
